A conversation with Audrey-Anne Guilbault
We spoke with Audrey-Anne about the importance of creativity when solving challenges in drug discovery and her move from teaching to a fulfilling career in researching.

An Associate Team Leader at OmegaChem for the past year, Étienne Rochette sees himself as a positive and collaborative leader. Shortly after his arrival at Omega, the Ph.D. graduate in chemistry from Université Laval was able to optimize the processes in place to make the work of his team considerably easier and more efficient. At work and in life, Étienne is never afraid to leave his comfort zone and find creative and innovative solutions to complex problems.

As the holder of a master’s degree in organic chemistry and former employee of Merck, Mélissa brings her impressive scientific knowledge and remarkable curiosity to work every day as a Research Scientist at OmegaChem.

Born and raised in Tarbes in the south of France, Pierre Garcia was deeply immersed in rugby. His early experiences of the sport gave him an aptitude for coaching that he brings to work every day as a Team Leader at OmegaChem.
